RealAgent Accelerator comes with a variety of pre-defined Email Templates, which are accessible from the Email & Letter Templates button in the Marketing section of the main side bar:

Clicking this button displays the full list of Email & Letter templates:

This list is grouped by the template type - there are Buyer Emails, Seller Emails, Letter Templates, and Prospect Emails.
Tip: You can create new Template Groups by clicking Manage | Template Groups.
Create a New Template - click
the 'New Template' button
to create a new template.
Open a Template for Editing
- select the template you wish to edit and click the 'Open Template' button
to open an existing template for editing.

To Send an Email Template as an Email Message
1. Select the template you wish to
send and click the 'Select Clients & Email' button
or click the 'Select Clients & Email this Template' link on the Tasks panel
on the tab. ![]()
Note: Before you begin sending email with Email Templates, ensure your method of sending email within RealAgent Accelerator is configured in the Tools | Options screen. See more information in the 'Email' section of "Customizing RealAgent Accelerator".
2. The 'Who Should Receive This Email?' screen appears:

3. Select the Clients you wish to receive the email. You can filter or group the list to search for the clients you need (see filtering & grouping for more info). To select multiple clients in a row, hold the SHIFT key and click two or more rows. To individually select more than one client, hold the CTRL key and click two or more individual clients.
4. Click the 'Send Email' button to begin the email sending process. This process may take a few minutes to complete if you have a large number of clients selected.
5. When the email sending process
has completed, you will be notified with a message.
You can click this message to display any errors or problems that were detected
during the mail sending process. Usually these messages are simply errors sending
email to incomplete or incorrect email addresses.
6. Click Close to close this screen.
A history of sending these emails will be recorded in the Contact History tab for each client that received an email message.
