Printing Letters

Letter Templates

RealAgent Accelerator comes with a variety of pre-defined Letter Templates, which are accessible from the Email & Letter Templates button in the Marketing section of the main side bar:

Clicking this button displays the full list of Email & Letter templates:

This list is grouped by the template type - there are Buyer Emails, Seller Emails, Letter Templates, and Prospect Emails.

Tip: You can create new Template Groups by clicking Manage | Template Groups.

Create a New Template - click the 'New Template' button to create a new template.
Open a Template for Editing - select the template you wish to edit and click the 'Open Template' button to open an existing template for editing.

To Print Letters

1. Select the template you wish to print and click the 'Select Clients & Print' button or click the 'Select Clients & Print this Template' link on the Tasks panel on the tab.

2. The 'Who Should this Template be Printed for?' screen appears:

3. Select the Clients you wish to receive the letter. You can filter or group the list to search for the clients you need (see filtering & grouping for more info). To select multiple clients in a row, hold the SHIFT key and click two or more rows. To individually select more than one client, hold the CTRL key and click two or more individual clients.

4. Click the 'Print Preview' button to begin the letter generation and printing process. This process may take a few minutes to complete if you have a large number of clients selected.

5. When the print process has completed, the letters appear in the Report Viewer screen:
