Outlook Integration

RealAgent Accelerator integrates with Microsoft Outlook, allowing you to view your Outlook inbox and folders directly within RealAgent. You can use Outlook to send your RealAgent email, allowing your more flexibility with respect to how you archive sent and received mail.

To view your Outlook inbox, click the 'Microsoft Outlook' button in the Marketing section of the RealAgent Accelerator side bar:

Your inbox and folders appear:

You can send and receive email, create folders, open email items, etc.
