Creating and editing label templates involves working with RealAgent Accelerator's Label Editor. The editor allows you to customize how labels are printed and create label configurations for the newest Avery or Maco templates, or those of your own creation.
1. You can open the Label Editor by either creating a new template, or by editing an existing one:
Create a New Template - click
the 'New Template' button
to create a new template.
Open a Template for Editing - select the label you wish to edit and click
the 'Open Template' button
to open an existing label for editing.
The Label Editor opens:

2. Edit the text of the label or the configuration specifications using the example diagram for reference.
Horizontal Pitch is the width of one label plus the horizontal space between labels (in inches).
Vertical Pitch is the height of one label plus the vertical space between labels (in inches).
Number Down is the number of label rows on one sheet.
Number Across is the number of label columns on one sheet.
3. Insert data fields if you desire the template to be auto-populated when it is printed or sent via email.
Click the template text to place the cursor where you want to insert the data field.
Click the Insert menu and choose either 'Client Data', 'Agent / Brokerage Data', 'Custom Fields', or 'Current Date'. Choose the type of data you want to insert and it is placed in the template's text pane as bracketed ([ ]) text.
You can also 'All Data Fields' or
click the 'Insert Multiple Data Fields' button
to display the 'Insert Multiple Data Fields' screen:

You can now select and drag data fields into the template's text pane directly.
4. Click OK to save the Label, and Print.
