Importing buyer and seller leads from the web into RealAgent Accelerator is made easy by the use of a feature that generates an HTML web form that you can paste into your website. When clients complete and submit this form, these can be imported into the program at the click of a button. You can also choose to be emailed and/or receive an SMS text message on your cellular phone when a potential client completes your form.
The first step in the process is creating the HTML web form that buyers and sellers will complete on your website:
Click the Buyer Website Leads button on the main screen side bar.
For versions 56.1 and older, this feature is available from the RealAgent Online --> Synchronize button.
Note: The process described below will generate a web form for Buyers. The process for Sellers is exactly the same, except you should use the Seller Web Leads button instead.

In the 'Form Type' section of this screen, you have two choices in terms of how you display your web form on your website:
<IFRAME> The form will be hosted on our server - you simply insert an IFrame tag into your website code to point to the form. This is less code to insert, and may be less intrusive into your website code, but isn't as flexible in terms of configuring how the form appears on your site.
HTML <FORM> You paste the full web form code into your website code - you have more control over how the form is displayed, but there is more code to insert and possibly modify if need be.
Please contact us or consult a web developer if you need assistance in configuring your form or inserting it into your website.
You can set the form size and background color by making the appropriate selections on the screen.
Type a thank you message that will appear in the web browser when your client submits his or her contact information.
Check the 'Email me when this form is submitted' box to receive an email informing you of the new lead.
Check the 'Send a text message to my mobile phone when this form is submitted' box receive an SMS message pertaining to the new lead. This service is only available for selected carriers and areas. You must type your area code and mobile phone number to receive the text message.
Please note that your mobile phone number will be visible in the HTML code for your website when you use this option. Anyone will be able to see your mobile phone number by clicking the 'View Source' menu in their web browser.
Copy the HTML code that is generated and paste it into your website's code where you want the form to appear.
When you start RealAgent Accelerator, the program will check for any new web leads that you have received that you haven't imported yet.
Click Yes to import the leads now and display them. You can click No to import them later.
You can check for new leads any time
by clicking the 'Get New Web Leads' button on the main screen toolbar 
If there are no new leads, you will
be informed: 
Leads will be displayed on the 'Web Leads' tab. You can view this tab anytime by clicking the 'Get New Web Leads' button.
To convert these leads into actual
Client records (where you can then assign listings, calculate commission, etc.),
select one or more lead records and click the 'Convert to Client' button 
The selected leads will be removed from the web leads tab listing and will appear in the Client tab listing. You may have to refresh any open Client tabs to see the new clients.
