Creating & Editing Calendar Items

 

Create New Items

To create new Calendar Items, click the Calendar button on the main screen side bar

The Calendar is displayed:

Click the New Appointment button

Alternatively, you can select a time slot on the Calendar and then click the New Appointment button to have the time range auto-filled.

The New Appointment screen appears:

Type a Subject and Description for the Appointment. You can also select a Client to assign the Appointment to.

Specify the Start and End Times for the Appointment, or flag the item as an All Day Event.

Check the 'Create a Task for this Appointment' box to also create a Task record for the Appointment.

Check the 'Reminder' box and select a Reminder interval to have RealAgent Accelerator remind you when this appointment is upcoming or due.

Click the Categories tab to select a Category for the appointment:

RealAgent Accelerator will apply the Appointment's category color to the Calendar view and the Tasks list to enable you to quickly discern different types of appointments and tasks.

 

Editing Existing Items

To edit an existing item, simply double-click it in the Calendar view screen to display the Appointment screen where you can change its details.
