RealAgent Accelerator makes task management simple. Each Task in RealAgent is linked to a specific Client; you are able to see specific tasks only for individual Clients, or all tasks at once if you wish.

Each Task is assigned a due date and a priority - this helps to sort your tasks by those issues most pressing. You can set a Reminder for each Task, and show your task on your schedule, which allows you to see at a glance where your time is booked.

Once a Task is flagged as complete, it appears in all Task listings with a 'Completed' check mark - you can delete the record, or choose to keep it for historical purposes.
