Even when you're organized, it's easy to forget about an appointment, or put off a task just because you're caught up in other work. RealAgent Accelerator gives you the capability to create reminders for tasks and calendar items, or any other situation you feel you need a reminder for!

Reminders can be created for any reason from the Reminders tab.

Reminders can be set to trigger for a specific time. You can assign the Reminder to a specific Client to be able to later group and sort for all reminders for a particular client, etc. You can choose to play a 'bell' sound when the Reminder fires.

When the Reminder fires, it appears onscreen and (if selected) the bell will sound. You then have the option to click "Snooze" and postpone the reminder (5/15/30 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, or 30 days), or dismiss the Reminder and delete it.
