Managing Income and Expense is much simpler in RealAgent than other software packages.
Each income and expense entry records the Amount, Tax Amounts, Check #, Description, Memo, Account, Sub-Account, and Accounting Period. You can also trace each entry to a specific Client!
Expense entries can indicate whether the expense was incurred as a result of Listing a Property, Selling a Property, or Client Purchase of Property.

Tax rates for federal, state/province, or sales tax can be configured easily and calculated as tax you collect (for income) and tax you incur (for expenses). Tax is auto-calculated as you enter an income or expense amount.
