RealAgent Accelerator is flexible, and allows you to customize program data to work with you, and not to force you into a particular way of working.

Support data, such as accounts & GL codes, task types, regions and neighborhoods, etc. are completely customizable. You can, and should, modify this information to suit your unique region, clientele, and business scenarios.

RealAgent allows you to customize the following types of support data:

Task Types

These are used on Task and Appointment screens to categorize the task.

Other Contacts

Here you can store contact records for people and businesses that aren't necessarily clients; these could be vendors and others that you do business with, for example.

Manage Other Contacts, Edit Contact screens

Countries/States/Provinces

A complete list of all of the countries and provinces/states where your clients live, and where you do business.

Accounts & GL Codes

These are the accounts that you use on the Income and Expense screens to allocate income and expenditures to. Each account has a name, description, and a general ledger code, which you can use to match to your brokerage's accounting system, for example.

Manage Accounts & Sub-Accounts screens

Accounting Periods

Here you can define fiscal periods to assign your accounting entries to - these periods have a specific start and end date and are used for reporting purposes.

Regions and Neighborhoods

Regions and Neighborhoods are used on the Client screens to allow you to be specific about the areas in which the client is selling and buying property. These can be used to be more specific than the city level - most cities have well-defined communities, quadrants, boroughs, or neighborhoods in which people live. RealAgent Accelerator gives you the ability to add two levels of this type of data - multiple top-level Regions, each of which contains multiple Neighborhood records. Regions and Neighborhoods can also be imported from "Region and Neighborhood" files that RealAgent Online has prepared. Importing the regions and neighborhoods for your area will save you a lot of data entry time - please contact us for more informatio about how to download and import these files.

An example is shown below.

Client Groups

Often your clients can be categorized into logical groups - for example, you may wish to designate some of your clients as "VIP", or "High Value Clients". Another example of this is when you have clients that require specialized services or non-standard needs, such as families with disabilities, or large families, or property investors. You can add these Client groups into the program and assigned your clients to these groups - this Group field is used for better organization and is just another piece of information which allows you to do your job better.

Email / Newsletter Template Groups

When you have many different types of Email and Newsletter Templates that are used for a variety of scenarios, it is helpful to be able to group these templates into functional sets that can be used for specific circumstances. RealAgent Accelerator gives you this ability. For example, you may wish to group specific Email Templates into a group called "Buyers", to be used for people interested in buying a new home. Another example is to create Newsletter strictly for people who buy rental properties; these would go into a group called "Property Investors".
